December 22, 2017 Updates:
Powerful typhoon Vinta is gaining strength as it will make landfall in Mindanao and then Visayas on Dec 22. Heavy rain is expected which may bring flashfloods and landslides. Officials are now preparing for the coming of typhoon Vinta. Cebu is getting ready and other parts of the country.


Strength: Maximum sustained winds of 90 kph near the center and gustiness of up to 125 kph
Forecast Movement: Forecast to move West at 20 kph
