Super Typhoon Hagupit (Ruby) in 48 Hours: US NAVY and JTWC Officials

The Hawaii-based Joint Typhoon Warning Center of the US Navy on Wednesday Dec. 3 said #Hagupit will become a super typhoon in 48 hours. Typhoon Hagupit (PH name Ruby) will become a super typhoon which will packed more than 220kph wind and gustiness.

Take all necessary precautions and if ever please evacuate and follow government's advisories. Ruby will enter PAR on December 5, 2014 and will make its first landfall on December 7, 2014 in Eastern Visayas.
