The official 26 candidates of the Miss World Philippines (MWP) 2013 were already presented to the media on July 31 at 1:00 PM at the Solaire Resort and Casino’s Eclipse Bar. The MWP is organized by CQ Global Quest, Inc., helmed by the beauty and fitness icon Cory Quirino.
Some of the most familiar faces in the Miss World Philippines 2013 are Megan Young, Mercegrace Raquel, Ria Rabajante, Zandra Flores and Henna Kaizzelle Nicole Cajandig, they joined this year’s Bb. Pilipinas pageant with the exception of Megan Young.
For the very first time in the history of Miss World Philippines, they include a Muslim girl to the beauty pageant. The winner of the Philippine edition will represent the country in the upcoming Miss World 2013 International pageant to be held in Indonesia on September 28, 2013.
