Singer Noven Belleza Arrested in Cebu for Rape Allegation in Cebu

Singer Noven Belleza was arrested in Cebu City after an allegation of raping a girl on July 15, 2017. The girl victim went to police station to ask for help because she was raped by Noven Belleza.

According to Mabolo Police Station, Sr. Insp. Jacinto Mandal Jr., the incident is a citizen's arrest and happened Saturday midnight.

Reports from several news company did not name instead make it a blind item but there are several speculations that it is Noven Belleza since he's the male singer during Vice Ganda's concert as guest.

Noven Belleza was a guest performer of Vice Ganda's concert in IEC in Lahug, Cebu City last Saturday.

On Sunday at 1PM, Belleza seek assistance after her a chest pain. He's now admitted in one of the hospital in Cebu City.
