Chopped Dog by Augusto Juguillon Photos Gone Viral

Photos of chopped dog posted by  Agusto "Jay" Juguillon became viral and trending online. The photos of chopped dog and its meat put in a pan angers netizens which garnered thousands of criticism. A certain Augusto Juguillon posted these photos in his fb account but instead of having praised he was criticized for posting the photos online.

Commenter shared about the law governing "Animal Welfare Act", she wrote unedited "
[REPUBLIC ACT NO. 10631]AN ACT AMENDING CERTAIN SECTIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NO. 8485, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS “THE ANIMAL WELFARE ACT OF 1998″ “SEC. 6. It shall be unlawful for any person to torture any animal, to neglect to provide adequate care, sustenance of shelter, or maltreat any animal or to subject any dog or horse to dogfights or horsefights, kill or cause or procure to be tortured or deprived of adequate care, sustenance or shelter, or maltreat or use the same in research or experiments not expressly authorized by the Committee on Animal Welfare."
