MANILA -- Deniece Cornejo performed oral sex on Vhong Navarro in their first date in her condominium unit in Forbeswood Heights, Taguig, the actor and TV host said in an affidavit he gave to the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI).
Navarro, according to the NBI's preliminary investigation report acquired by ABS-CBN News on Tuesday, said after he and Cornejo consumed a bottle of white wine, they "made out" and it led to the woman using her mouth to give him pleasure.
"When [Navarro] left said place, Ms Cornejo sent him a text message 'BAD BOY KA' and victim replied, 'SORRY TALAGA'," Navarro's affidavit contained in the NBI report also said.
Navarro revealed that he met Cornejo two years ago at a shoe store, where they exchanged contact details.
Their communication rekindled two months ago through Facebook and Viber, and ended with their date in her condo unit.
According to the NBI report, Cornejo continued to send text messages to Navarro after their first date.
"Ms. Cornejo invited [the] victim for dinner at her place and they both agreed to meet up on January 22, 2014," the NBI said.
The other part of the NBI report also echoes the statement that Navarro gave to ABS-CBN News in an exclusive interview that aired Sunday.
Navarro admitted to Boy Abunda that "something happened" in their first date. "May nangyari po pero walang sexual intercourse."
"Pauwi ako nag-text siya. Sabi niya, ‘Bad boy ka.’ Sa akin, ano ang ibig sabihin ng bad boy ka? Dahil ba hindi ko tinuloy na may mangyari? Hindi ko alam. Kaya ang sagot ko po, ‘I’m sorry bawi ako.’ Ibig sabihin, hindi pa rin natapos ang pagkikita namin doon dahil pwede pa akong bumalik at magpakita sa kanya. Tinatawagan ko siya, hindi niya sinasagot. Hanggang sa nakauwi na ako sa bahay, siya na 'yung tumatawag, hindi ko na nasagot," he said.
"Nag-text siya kinabukasan. Sabi niya pwede daw ba pag-usapan 'yung nangyari. Sabi ko, ‘Oo naman.’ Sabi niya ‘Puwede ka ba tonight?’ January 18 na ito, Saturday. Gusto daw niya mag-dinner kami sa bahay niya, magluluto daw siya. Sabi ko huwag na kasi hindi rin ako puwede. Set na lang next time. Nagbigay siya ng Monday, nagbigay siya ng ibang araw, ang binigay ko Wednesday," he added.
"Ang weird lang kasi nung time na 'yun, sweet na siya. Tinatawag niya akong sweetie, sinasabihan akong kumain ka na. From bad boy, biglang sweet na," Navarro said.
He said in their second date on January 22, Cornejo told him to go straight to her unit and they met just outside the elevator on the condominium building's second floor.
"When victim was inside the condo unit of Ms. Cornejo, (she) immediately left the same and two individuals came out of the room of Ms. Cornejo, one pointed his gun at victim," the NBI report said. "The two simultaneously threw punches at victim's face and body. Victim was thrown to the ground and was blindfolded while his hands were tied using a duct tape."

Cornejo is claiming that the actor-host tried to rape her while her companion, businessman Cedric Lee, said he found Navarro on top of the commercial model when he arrived in her condominium unit.
CCTV footage of the condominium on that night, however, tells a different story.
It shows that around 22:38 or 10:38 pm of January 22, Navarro is seen entering the condo's lobby.
At 10:39 p.m., the TV host is seen inside the elevator going up the condo.
At 10:40 p.m., a woman identified as Cornejo is seen leaving the condo.
A minute later, 10:41 p.m., a man identified as Lee enters the condo.
Several men, believed to be Lee's companions, are seen entering the condo two minutes later.
The woman, Cornejo, is next seen leaving the condo again.
The NBI said the footage supports the story of the actor and TV host regarding the circumstances around his mauling. - with a report from Niko Baua, ABS-CBN News
