Kapuso actress Carla Abellana turned a little tactless when asked to name a few actors who she thinks could be possibly gay. She opined that she thinks there are far more discreet or closeted gay actors in ABS-CBN than in GMA-7. That observation got instant agreement from most showbiz reporters who were interviewing her.
But Abellana admitted that her gay radar might not be as strong as it should be. But she is sure that there are more gays in the ABS-CBN. She added that in her mother network, she could not give any name of an actor whom she thinks could be possibly gay.
Abellana clarified that it is also possible that there are closet gay actors in GMA-7. She just can’t tell by now. She restated that she does not think there is anything wrong if an actor is gay. She would not have an issue working with a gay co-actor in any project. Abellana also emphasized that she has high regards with members of the third sex.
